PROJECT MANAGER

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, delivery, and optimisation of complex projects large and small, across cross‑functional teams. You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget —while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, commercially minded, and confident managing multiple workstreams in fast‑paced environments. KEY PERSONALITIES: Lead end‑to‑end project delivery from initiation to closure Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resourcing plans Manage cross‑functional teams including design, development, marketing, product, and external partners Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and clients Track project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and resolve issues proactively Ensure governance, documentation, and reporting standards are maintained Facilitate project meetings, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives Manage change requests and scope control effectively Ensure projects align with business objectives and strategic priorities Support continuous improvement of project management processes and tools Required Skills & Experience 8+ years’ experience in project management or related roles Proven track record of delivering complex, multi‑disciplinary projects Experience using project management tools (e.g. Asana, MS Project, Monday.com) Excellent stakeholder, client, and team‑management skills Strong financial and commercial awareness (budgets, forecasting, cost control) Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem‑solving skills Desirable Skills Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum Master) Experience in digital, technology, or product‑led environments Experience managing vendors and third‑party suppliers Knowledge of change management or delivery transformation Personal Attributes Calm, decisive, and confident under pressure Highly organised with strong attention to detail Strategic thinker with a hands‑on delivery mindset Collaborative leader who builds trust across teams Proactive, adaptable, and solutions‑focused
