Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a dedicated English Teacher who'd be interested in working an SEMH school in Willenhall.About the RoleAs an SEMH English Teacher, you will:Support students with SEMH, both in and out of the classroomImplement behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniquesWork 1:1 or with small groups to help pupils re-engage with learningBuild trusting, professional relationships that promote positive behaviourCreate a safe, structured and inclusive learning environmentContribute to behaviour plans and pastoral support programmesAccess to a Vehicle.Be able to deliver English to functional skills level 1/2 and to GCSE.
