<h2><strong>Senior Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer</strong><br />

<h2>Role Summary</h2>
<p>Seeking an experienced RF Engineer to support production and sustainment programs for advanced RF systems and sub-systems. This role is focused on failure investigation, RF troubleshooting, system performance analysis, technical risk reduction, and production support for complex RF hardware.</p>
<p>The engineer will work across engineering disciplines to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues impacting production, test, and fielded hardware.</p>
<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Conduct RF failure investigations and identify root cause of system, sub-system, WRA, and LRU-level issues.</li>
<li>Provide technical recommendations to address systemic issues and prevent recurrence.</li>
<li>Support troubleshooting of RF hardware during production, testing, and sustainment activities.</li>
<li>Develop analysis methods and simulations to support issue identification and resolution.</li>
<li>Perform trade studies to optimize system performance and support future improvements.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Systems Engineering and cross-functional teams to develop technical solutions.</li>
<li>Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risks across production and sustainment programs.</li>
<li>Generate technical reports for internal leadership and customer review.</li>
<li>Provide technical leadership, knowledge transfer, and support to engineering team members.</li>
<li>Support multiple site locations as needed in a fast-paced production environment.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM discipline.</li>
<li>8+ years of related RF engineering experience.</li>
<li>Experience analyzing RF data and troubleshooting RF systems to the WRA, LRU, sub-system, or system level.</li>
<li>Experience with RF measurement, fault isolation, and production hardware support.</li>
<li>Experience with RF/antenna testing in compact ranges or anechoic chambers.</li>
<li>Experience calibrating and maintaining chamber equipment for accurate measurements.</li>
<li>Experience with Active Electronically Scanned Arrays.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Digital Receiver Exciter subassemblies.</li>
<li>Experience supporting a production program.</li>
<li>Experience generating RF analysis tools using MATLAB.</li>
<li>Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility required.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Desired Qualifications</h2>

<li>Ability to obtain and maintain SCI/SAP access.</li>
<li>Experience supporting multiple site operations in a production-focused environment.</li>
<li>Experience developing and presenting preliminary or critical design reviews.</li>
