Real Estate Finance Associate – 2-4 year PQE – Central London
AJ Chambers are currently recruiting for a Real Estate Finance Associate for our client, an established, reputable full-service law firm in London who are seeking a RE Finance Associate to join their growing team. Joining a large RE Finance team split with borrower, bridging, development and term lending teams, you will be joining a highly experienced team in a role that offers great progression opportunities. They regularly act for established and new lenders offering unregulated term loans, they assist lender clients in making revolving credit facilities available for their borrowers on a quick and flexible basis, and the team specialises in providing advice for a broad range of lenders in structured finance transactions.
They are looking for:
Ideally 2-4 year PQE
Experience working in a busy RE finance team, with a focus on acting for lenders
If you can bring a following of work, great – this a bonus however not essential
In return:
Salary £70-80k DOE/PQE level

Hybrid, flexible working – 2 days in the office
