About the Role
BettingJobs is working with a successful Southeast Asian operator who are looking for a Head of HR to join their team on a remote basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and implement HR structure, policies, and processes aligned with business goals
Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Develop hiring strategies to support rapid scaling across teams
Manage employee lifecycle including performance management, engagement, and retention
Partner closely with leadership to support organizational development and team structuring
Establish HR best practices for a fast-growing iGaming environment
Oversee HR operations and ensure smooth day-to-day HR functions
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources
Proven experience in building or improving HR structures and processes
Strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition
Experience in iGaming industry is highly preferred
Fluent in both Thai and English (spoken and written)
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills #
Ready to start as soon as possible (immediate or short notice preferred)
