Residential Conveyancing Locum

Job Details: We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum to join a busy and well-established firm in Merseyside for an immediate start. This is a full-time office-based role, offered for an initial 4–8 weeks with the potential for extension.

Duties & requirements:

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Handling a variety of transactions including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, and remortgages
• Working independently with minimal supervision

• Proven experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload
• Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills

Working Arrangement:

• Full-time preferred, though 4 days per week will be considered
• Fully office-based in Merseyside

Hourly Rate: £40.00 - £50.00 per hour (outside IR35)
