This position is responsible for leading complex engineering initiatives focused on optimizing manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment performance. The Manufacturing Engineer partners closely with production, design engineering, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will use sound judgement and outside resources to adapt to non-routine aspects of a problem.</span></p><h2>Your Impact: </h2><ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes, fixtures, and tooling to support production goals and ensure repeatable, high-quality output.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues, ensuring timely resolution and process documentation.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing, waste reduction, and process optimization.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with design engineering to support new product introductions (NPI), ensuring manufacturability and smooth transition to production.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard work instructions, setup sheets, and process flow diagrams.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Identify opportunities for automation or process enhancements to improve productivity and cost efficiency.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support capital equipment projects, including justification, specification, and implementation.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain proper methods of manufacturing and ERP inputs to support production</span></li></ul><h2>Minimum Qualifications:</h2><ul><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to define and communicate the allowable variations in the geometry of parts and assemblies.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and manufacturing best practices.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and leading cross-functional initiatives.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.</span></li></ul><h2>Additional Success Factors:</h2><ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
