Education & Experience
Proven experience in AP, CIS, and payroll within a construction or subcontracting environment.
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with construction-focused ERP and payroll systems (e.g. Sage/Eque2 or Xero with CIS add-ons).
Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive, improvement-focused mindset.
A solid understanding of construction-specific financial requirements, including job costing, retentions, and HMRC compliance
