<p>You’ll manage <strong>6 field‑based Sales Heads</strong>, driving people leadership, coaching and commercial delivery across key regions.</p>

<p>* Experience selling products or services into care homes</p>
<p>* Strong commercial acumen and new business drive</p>

<p>* High energy, presence and a “get up and go” mentality</p>
</p>
<p><strong>Package:</strong></p>
<p>£60-70k basic + 30% OTE, company car, private medical, 25 days holiday + BH, pension.</p>
<p>Ideal location: SW, Western Home Counties or West Midlands, with national travel required.</p>
