Commercial Insurance Account Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager (Property & Casualty) to join a well-established insurance agency focused on serving business clients - especially within the condominium and large property space. This is a client-facing role where you’ll serve as the main point of contact for a book of commercial accounts, helping with claims, policy changes, and proactive account management.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage a book of commercial insurance accounts, with a focus on condo associations and large property clients
• Act as the primary contact for clients, providing high-level customer service and ensuring timely resolution of issues
• Assist with policy changes, renewals, coverage questions, and claim submissions
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or expand coverage based on client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain strong client relationships to support retention and account growth
