About the Role
Who are we?
Meetingselect is a young, dynamic, multicultural, and rapidly (international) growing company. There is an informal atmosphere at our office, because we want to ensure that everyone enjoys coming to work and that you can really be yourself. You will be working in a close-knit team who likes to help each other.
As an intern in the Meeting & Events department, you are in daily contact with venues and customers to ensure that we provide our customers with the best proposals for their meetings, events, training courses and overnight stays. You have regular contact with customers and venues, manage the customer list and handle customer questions and requests accurately. During contact with the venues, you provide them with the necessary information about Meetingselect. And you will also go and visit the venues!

What do you bring?
⭐Meeting & Events Intern Fluent in Dutch and English
⭐MBO-4 or HBO study in a related field
⭐ You are eager to learn and motivated
⭐ You are customer-friendly and have good communication skills
⭐ You work accurately, proactively, and work well independently and in a team
⭐ You like a quick chat and jokes here and there
⭐ You are a real team player and stress-resistant
⭐ You have to do an internship for 4-5 days a week
⭐ You are not afraid to pick up the phone and contact customers & venues
