Company:  argenx SE (“argenx” or “Company”) is a global immunology company committed to improving the lives of people suffering from severe autoimmune diseases. argenx is preparing for multi-dimensional expansion to reach more patients through a rich pipeline of differentiated assets, led by VYVGART (IV) and VYVGART Hytrulo (SC), the Company’s first-in-class neonatal Fc receptor blocker, currently approved for the treatment of generalized Myasthenia Gravis (gMG) and Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP), and with the potential to treat patients across dozens of severe autoimmune diseases.

Position Overview:  The Associate Director Global Ethics & Compliance (E&C), Guidance & Training (“Associate Director”) is a key member of the Global E&C team and visionary leader who is responsible for shaping, maintaining, and advancing argenx’s global Legal, Compliance, Intellectual Property, Privacy and Safety team (LCIP) policy framework and enterprise learning strategy. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Ethics & Compliance Program and Governance, the Associate Director drives policy governance, designs and implements modern compliance education programs, and ensures that policies and training are aligned with applicable standards, and global regulatory expectations and argenx’s Cultural Pillars, Operating Principles and Ways of Working.

Experience:  The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and at least 6-8+ years of experience in ethics & compliance, legal, policy governance, and training roles within biopharma or other highly regulated life sciences organizations, with demonstrated success leading enterprise?level programs. An advanced degree (e.g. JD, MBA, MA, MS) and/or compliance certification preferred. US compliance experience is required; global experience is strongly preferred.

Location:  This role can be based in Boston on a hybrid schedule (in office approximately 1-2 days/week) or may be performed on a fully remote basis with regular travel to Boston.

Compensation:  $200K - $235K + 15% Bonus + equity.
