About the Role

Account Manager – Africa markets Remote position Work for a fast-growing slot game provider Strong base salary + bonuses We are looking for an Account Manager to build and nurture strong client relationships across the African market within the iGaming industry. In this role, you will act as the key point of contact for partners, maintaining regular communication, strengthening long-term relationships, and ensuring clients receive a high level of service and support. You will work closely with internal teams to coordinate the successful delivery of products and services, while developing a deep understanding of each client’s business needs. By gathering feedback, monitoring satisfaction levels, and resolving issues quickly, you will play a vital role in ensuring partners maximise value from the collaboration. This role also carries a strong commercial focus, identifying opportunities to grow accounts through cross-selling and upselling. Experience working with game developers or operators in the iGaming space would be a strong advantage, particularly with exposure to partners across the African market.
