<div>A Team Lead manages and performs all cleaning functions. They oversee projects, various tasks, and supervise the day-to-day performance of cleaning staff to ensure the job is done according to Office Pride standards. The Office & Facilities Team Lead will also perform administrative tasks as assigned (including but not limited to timesheets and inventory management). Team Leads act as motivators, supervisors, and mentors. It’s a Team Lead’s duty to guide front line cleaners cleaners into understanding and maintaining the values of our growing company. <br> <br><strong>Supervises:</strong> Front Line Cleaners <br><strong>Basic Function:</strong> Ensure that the cleaning specifications sold to client are being fulfilled and that the work is being completed on-time and within budget (labor and chemicals). The Office & Facilities Team Lead will also provide support to management through administrative tasks in the office. This is a KEY role within the company and offers opportunity for advancement to a higher management position upon demonstrated performance. <br><br><strong>Job Duties:</strong>

<li>Oversee the cleaning of the facilities assigned to you on a regular basis</li>
<li>Train and support new employees</li>
<li>Conduct regular inspections of the facility and provide re-training to employees when necessary</li>
<li>Ensure facilities have working equipment and enough supplies to get the job done, report problems/shortages to the office</li>
<li>Ensure compliance of Office Pride policies and procedures</li>
<li>Enforce safety and security measures at all times</li>
<li>Follow-up on customer complaints (coordinate with the office)</li>
<li>Review employee timesheets for accuracy</li>
<li>Count inventory and order supplies on a weekly basis</li>
<li>Maintain an accurate inventory tracking system</li>
<li>Perform other duties/tasks as assigned</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li><strong>High school diploma or equivalent </strong></li>
<li><strong>Previous work experience in a leadership/management position</strong></li>
<li>Able to communicate in English</li>
<li>Must be able to multi-task, be dependable, have excellent communication skills, and maintain a positive attitude</li>
<li>Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where changes may occur with little notice</li>
<li>Must be able to maintain open communication with the leadership team, clients, and employees</li>
<li>Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility</li>
<li>Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>
<li>Must care about quality, be detailed oriented, and work at an efficient pace</li>
<li>Able to lift 35 lbs and physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a criminal background check</li>
<li>Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation</li>
<li>Must be willing to travel to our office in Mason City</li>
<li>Must be willing to work a flexible schedule </li>

<li>Located in Mason City, IA</li>
<li>30-40 hours per week</li>
<li>Mostly Monday-Friday, some weekends required</li>
<li>Hours vary between 12PM to 8PM (flexibility on scheduling is required)</li>
<li>Team Leads are eligible to use a company vehicle</li>
