About the role We are looking for a motivated Junior and Manual Software QA Engineer to join our Product Engineering team. In this role, you will focus on manual testing, API testing, and data validation, working closely with developers, product managers, and QA engineers in an Agile environment. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their QA career who wants to grow into automation and modern cloud-based systems. Our expectations Junior - 2+ years of experience in Software QA (including internships). Mid - 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance. Strong experience with manual testing and proven exposure to test automation. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline (e.g., Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent field). Good understanding of software testing fundamentals. Experience with manual testing and test case creation. Basic knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, data validation). Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, Bruno, or similar). Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools. Good English skills (minimum B2). Ability to work in a collaborative Agile team. Open for hybrid work form our offices (Warszawa, Białystok, Lublin, Kielce, Poznań). Nice to have Basic knowledge of test automation (Playwright, Robot Framework). Interest in automation or scripting. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Understanding of microservices architecture. Awareness of tools like Kafka. Main responsibilities Design and execute manual test cases based on requirements. Perform functional, regression, and integration testing. Test REST APIs using tools like Postman or Bruno. Validate data using SQL queries (PostgreSQL). Identify, report, and track bugs in JIRA (XRAY is a plus). Collaborate with developers and QA team members. Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, refinements, retrospectives). Contribute to improving QA processes and documentation.
