What’s on offer: Competitive salary (£40,000 – £60,000 depending on experience) Hybrid working model A clear path to progression Growing Firm About You: CTA qualified (or equivalent), with at least 2 years’ PQE A background in personal, corporate or mixed tax, with a strong grasp of compliance and a real interest in advisory Confident communicator, able to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike Comfortable managing deadlines and multiple projects in a dynamic environment Eager to grow your advisory experience and take on increasing responsibility About the Role – 100% Advisory Always: Delivering tailored tax advice on corporate transactions, M&A, and group reorganisations Private Client tax advice- IHT & CGT Preparing tax due diligence reports and supporting clients through deal structures and funding decisions Often: Working directly with business owners, senior stakeholders, and high-net-worth clients on bespoke tax solutions Collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure joined-up, commercially sound advice Supporting the expansion of the practice through business development and referrals Occasionally: Helping to coach and support junior team members Contributing to internal initiatives that enhance technical standards, team culture, and client service delivery Never: Stuck doing compliance returns Needing to have to kidnap a giraffe from Belfast Zoo.
