Job Title: Business Analyst/Project Manager
Location: Remote (EST)
Project Overview
We are supporting a new solution initiative focused on enhancing vulnerability management and improving infrastructure data accuracy across multiple systems. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment processing approximately 1 million vulnerabilities per week, requiring strong attention to detail and proactive oversight.
The Role
This position blends Business Analysis and Project Management responsibilities, working across technical and operational teams to ensure data integrity, system effectiveness, and successful project delivery. You will play a key role in analysing requirements, validating large datasets, and supporting solution implementation in a complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support vulnerability management and infrastructure initiatives
- Review and validate high-volume vulnerability data for accuracy
- Work with databases to improve data quality, integrity, and reliability
- Assist in refining vulnerability files and reporting outputs
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders while operating independently where needed
- Support system design, testing, implementation, and documentation
- Translate business requirements into functional system specifications
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong mix of Business Analysis (BA) and Project Management (PM) experience
- Solid technical understanding, particularly around data validation and systems
- Experience working with large datasets and database environments
- Highly detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy
- Ability to analyse problems and deliver practical business solutions
- Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
Additional Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field
- ~2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience working with end-users and cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
- Scripting knowledge
- Payments/bankcard industry experience
- Understanding of data structures
- Exposure to tools such as Excel, Visio, or UML
- Working towards CBAP or similar certification
