About the Role
Real Estate Lawyer
We are seeking a junior to mid-level Real Estate Lawyer (c. 2–5 PQE) to join the London-based real estate investment and development company of a sovereign wealth fund. This is a broad, business-facing role offering exceptional exposure to senior stakeholders and a diverse UK and international real estate portfolio.
While the position has a strong real estate focus, there will be a chance to work on matters across commercial contracts, employment law, and IP/data protection.

5 days per week on-site
Salary: £70,000 to £90,000
The Role
Managing a wide range of real estate matters, including retail and office leases and associated asset management documentation
Reviewing and overseeing consumer and service contracts with third-party providers
Updating internal policies and drafting papers for the General Counsel and Board in response to legal and regulatory developments affecting UK assets
Running legal projects, document management, and case oversight
Supporting broader matters involving commercial contracts, employment law, and intellectual property
About You:
Qualified lawyer with approximately 2–5 years’ PQE
Solid training and experience in commercial real estate
Comfortable working independently while maintaining strong communication and reporting lines
Confident in advising senior stakeholders, including the General Counsel and Board
Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple matters and manage risk effectively
You will be working in offices overlooking some of the best views of London and based close to the station. This role requires the Real Estate Lawyer to be on site 5 days per week.
