Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) Building Modernization

What you can expect:
- Technical leadership of a team consisting of project managers and construction managers
- Assumption of the client’s construction management responsibilities during the implementation of extensive modernization and
maintenance measures on our housing portfolio
- Conducting contract negotiations and preparing for contract awards with our contractors
- Responsibility for the execution of our construction projects with regard to quality, construction schedule, and costs
- Ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects
- Ensuring that our construction projects are handed over to the site teams in accordance with quality standards
Your background:
- A successfully completed degree in architecture or civil engineering; alternatively, an apprenticeship as a construction technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification, preferably supplemented by additional training in the real estate sector
- Substantial, multi-year professional experience in a comparable position or in the field of project management, or in the construction management of complex renovation projects involving existing buildings
- Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel, is required; knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- A passion for problem-solving, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A strong entrepreneurial mindset and approach, along with a strong focus on results and a professional demeanor, round out your profile
