About the Role
<p><strong>Leasing Consultant / Car Leasing Advisor / Vehicle Leasing Specialist<br /></strong> <strong>Location: Exeter </strong><br /> <strong>Salary: Up to £42,000 OTE per annum + £2,250 Fuel/Insurance Allowance</strong><br /> <strong>Working Hours: Mon-Fri 08:30–18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch), Saturday mornings on rota<br /></strong><br /> Join a dynamic team as a <strong>Leasing Consultant</strong> guiding customers through an engaging and supportive car leasing journey. This is not cold-calling—your focus is on <strong>warm inbound leads</strong> from customers who have expressed interest. You’ll help customers find the perfect car at a market-leading price, providing tailored guidance every step of the way.<br /> Key Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage <strong>inbound leads</strong> and customer enquiries efficiently and professionally</li>
<li>Follow the sales process to meet and exceed <strong>performance targets</strong></li>
<li>Build strong rapport with customers, understanding their individual needs and preferences</li>
<li>Collaborate with funders, dealerships, and stakeholders to deliver a seamless leasing experience</li>
<li>Organise and prioritise workload effectively, balancing multiple enquiries simultaneously</li>
<li>Deliver outstanding <strong>customer service</strong> and guidance throughout the leasing process</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements / Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous <strong>call experience</strong> is essential (outbound experience advantageous)</li>
<li>Industry experience in automotive or leasing is a bonus but not required</li>
<li>Strong <strong>communication skills</strong>, both verbal and written</li>
<li>Highly motivated, results-driven, and passionate about <strong>customer satisfaction</strong></li>
<li>Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes</li>
