<p style="font-weight: 400"><strong>Senior Quantity surveyor Role </strong></p>
<p style="font-weight: 400">Projects range from £2 million to £16 million.</p>

<li>Cost Reporting</li>
<li>Tender and contract documents</li>
<li>CVR’s</li>
<li>Bills of Quants</li>
<li>Attend professional and client meetings</li>
<li>Assign subcontractors and suppliers aligned with procurement schedule</li>
<li>Mitigate commercial risks</li>
</ul>
<p style="font-weight: 400"><strong>The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5 years + Experience</li>
<li>Ideally you will have experience of High End Resi / Prime / Super prime property.</li>
<li>Experience of working for a main contractor</li>
<li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li>
<li>Team Management</li>
</ul>
