About the Role
You will take full ownership of materials procurement across multiple construction projects. You will source, price and procure materials and services in line with programme requirements, keeping projects on track and within budget.
You will work closely with project managers and site teams to understand upcoming needs. You will interpret drawings and specifications to ensure what is ordered is right first time. You will manage supplier performance, maintain quality standards and build long term partnerships that support the business as it grows.
Your experience as a Construction Buyer or Procurement Manager will directly influence delivery timelines, cost control and the overall success of each project.
