About the Role

<p><span style="color: black;font-family: Lato, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt">I’m working with a successful property business as they look for a Tax Manager to join the team based in Central London. This is a brand-new role for the business as they look to continue to grow. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: black;font-family: Lato, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt">Reporting straight into a fantastic Head of Tax, the role has responsibility over compliance, reporting and advisory. The position is hands-on but offers exposure to an array of strategic and advisory work. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: black;font-family: Lato, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt">This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified tax candidate who has worked with property/real estate clients or someone who wants to move in to this industry. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: black;font-family: Lato, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt">If you’ve got the below: </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: Lato, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt">A corporate tax background from practice or industry</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Lato, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt">An understanding of property/real-estate tax or a willingness to learn</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Lato, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt">An accounting/tax qualification ACA/CTA/ACCA</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="color: black;font-family: Lato, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt">You can get a competitive basic salary of up to £70k per annum with excellent benefits. The company are in the Central or East London office 3 days per week.</span></p>
