The Role
A broad, varied Commercial Finance Manager role supporting development projects, asset management activities and corporate finance. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to ensure financial clarity, strong decision‑making and well‑structured project reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Projects
Build and maintain financial models and development appraisals Support monthly reporting with Development Managers Track project costs and cashflow across the portfolio
Asset Management & Investment
Support quarterly reporting and business plans Oversee portfolio data accuracy with the Investment Analyst Review and enhance investment appraisal models
Corporate Finance
Support bookkeeping and external accounting processes Improve internal financial systems, reporting and workflows
