Job Title: Data Scientist

Job Overview
We are seeking a Data Scientist to support enterprise-grade AI, NLP, and Generative AI initiatives for a large organization in the transportation sector. This role focuses on building and scaling document intelligence platforms, conversational AI systems, and LLM-powered applications used for knowledge discovery and decision support across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, cloud-native AI systems, and production deployments.

Responsibilities
•  Enhance and maintain an enterprise AI chat and document intelligence platform
•  Design, develop, and optimize RAG pipelines and LLM integrations
•  Build and maintain backend APIs and AI services for scalable, multi-team consumption
•  Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems (OAuth, LDAP, cloud services)
•  Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate document and data needs into AI-driven solutions
•  Support production deployments, including monitoring, logging, and performance optimization

Preferred Qualifications
•  Master’s or PhD in a related technical field
•  Experience with MLOps, microservices, and scalable AI platforms
•  Familiarity with enterprise authentication systems (OAuth, LDAP)
•  Knowledge of advanced NLP techniques and observability/monitoring tools
