<p><strong>Property Lawyer needed in Derby Paying £46.36 per hr ref 5289797</strong></p>
<p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basis</strong> </p>
<p><em>Key Responsibilities</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Managing a caseload of property transactions from instruction through to completion</li>
<li>Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, leases, transfers, licences, deeds and related property documentation</li>
<li>Advising on both commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters</li>
<li>Providing clear, timely and pragmatic legal advice to internal clients</li>
<li>Attending meetings with internal clients and external stakeholders, both virtually and in person as required</li>
<li>Identifying legal risks and advising on appropriate mitigation strategies</li>
<li>Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in line with governance and procedural requirements</li>
