<p><strong>Overview</strong></p>
<p>We’re supporting a major central government programme building out a <strong>new AI capability focused on real-world deployment</strong>.</p>
<p>This is an <strong>entry-level / junior role</strong> in a rapidly emerging space – ideal for individuals who are already experimenting with AI tools and want to turn that into a career.</p>
<p>You won’t be expected to build complex systems from scratch. Instead, the focus is on <strong>working with AI tools to solve problems, automate tasks, and deliver outcomes</strong>.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Using tools like <strong>Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms</strong></li>
<li>Writing and refining <strong>prompts</strong> to generate reliable outputs</li>
<li>Supporting the creation of <strong>AI workflows and simple agent-based solutions</strong></li>
<li>Identifying opportunities to <strong>replace manual tasks with AI-driven approaches</strong></li>
<li>Working with delivery and product teams to test and improve AI use cases</li>
<li>Learning how to move ideas from <strong>concept → real-world use</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>
<p>This role is deliberately open – you don’t need to be a traditional software engineer.</p>
<p>You might come from:</p>
<ul>
<li>Graduate / early career tech background</li>
<li>Business analyst / data / operations roles with AI exposure</li>
<li>Self-taught / personal projects using AI tools</li>
<li>Career changers with strong interest in AI</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Key Skills / Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Hands-on use of <strong>AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.)</strong></li>
<li>Curiosity around how AI can be used to solve real problems</li>
<li>Ability to think logically and break down problems</li>
<li>Strong communication and willingness to learn</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Nice to Have (Not Essential)</strong></p>

<li>Basic understanding of:

<li>Prompt engineering</li>
<li>Automation / workflows</li>
<li>Python or scripting</li>
