Schedule: Monday–Friday

Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Overtime: As Needed

Pay Rate: $16.75–$18.00 per Hour (Based on Experience)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team in Buffalo Grove, IL. This position is responsible for supporting daily shipping operations, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently while meeting productivity goals.

Responsibilities:

• Process and ship orders using UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, and LTL carriers.
• Follow shipping procedures and work instructions to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Operate powered industrial trucks in accordance with company safety policies.
• Organize and maintain shipping and warehouse areas.
• Assist with warehouse duties and special projects as assigned.
• Adhere to all company policies regarding safety, security, and confidentiality.
• Complete annual HIPAA training as required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous shipping or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
• Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 70 pounds.
