Customer Service Advisor<br><br> <br><br> Pertemps are currently recruiting for Customer Service advisors to join a storage business based in Southampton. This is a full time permanent position<br><br> <br><br> Responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor:<br><br><ul><li>Deal with sales enquiries from customers</li></ul><br><ul><li>Selling a range of services available</li></ul><br><ul><li>Complete all administrative tasks</li></ul><br><ul><li>Assist with Forklift Duties</li></ul><br><ul><li>Provide a high level of customer service</li></ul><br><br> <br><br> Requirements:<br> <br><br><ul><li>Proven customer service experience</li></ul><br><ul><li>Happy working within a yard environment</li></ul><br><ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li></ul><br><ul><li>Comfortable working within a small team</li></ul><br><br> <br><br> The Customer Service Advisor Role:<br> <br><br><ul><li>40 hrs week – between 8 and 6pm Monday- Friday- shifts</li></ul><br><ul><li>Saturdays 10am to 5pm and Sundays 10am -4pm</li></ul><br><ul><li>Required to work 1 in 3 weekends</li></ul><br><ul><li>£27,053 per annum</li></ul><br><ul><li>20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays</li></ul><br><br> If you are interested in this Customer Service Advisor role, please apply below.
