We are seeking an experienced Regional Reward Manager to lead and deliver compensation and benefits strategy across the MENAI region. This role plays a critical part in ensuring reward programmes are competitive, compliant, and aligned with both global frameworks and local market requirements.
Working closely with regional HR leadership, HR Business Partners, and global reward teams, you will act as the subject matter expert for all reward-related matters across multiple countries in a fast-paced, international environment.
Implement and embed global reward strategies across the MENAI region, adapting for local market and legislative requirements
Advise HR Business Partners and business leaders on job evaluation, grading, pay structures, incentives, and recognition programmes
Lead annual reward processes including salary reviews, bonus cycles, and incentive planning
Manage regional reward projects such as harmonisation initiatives, benefit launches, or M&A integration
Conduct market benchmarking to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity
Oversee benefits administration and vendor management to ensure cost-effective, high-quality delivery
Ensure compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations, and reward governance standards
Leverage HRIS and analytics to enhance reward insights, reporting, and decision-making
Provide guidance, coaching, and training to HR colleagues and senior stakeholders

People Management: No direct reports (individual contributor role)
Essential:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline
Minimum 6 years’ experience in reward or compensation & benefits roles
Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits, and incentive design
Experience working across multiple countries in the Middle East region
Solid understanding of job evaluation and grading methodologies (e.g. Hay, Mercer)
Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and HRIS experience (e.g. Workday)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Desirable:
Professional reward or HR qualification
Experience in FMCG or similarly fast-paced, complex organisations
Exposure to international reward programmes, M&A, or organisational change
