KennedyPearce are hiring a recent graduate for an exciting Junior Finance Analyst role support the senior and Head of FP&A. You will play a key role in a well-respected Finance team, who operate at the core of business decision making. This role offers study support, hybrid working and a great team.
Key responsibilities:
- Produce regular financial and KPI reports
- Analyse monthly P&Ls, investigate variances, and highlight risks/opportunities
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Provide commentary on financial results
- Partner with product teams to support decision-making and performance
- Handle ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests
Ideal candidate:
- Early in their finance career (studying or planning ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
- Graduate with a placement year or upto 1 year in a role
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Commercially aware, detail-oriented, and comfortable with large datasets
- Good communicator, able to explain complex information clearly
- Motivated, eager to learn, and interested in the fitness industry
