Pallet Repair Technician

Pallet Repair Technician inspects damaged pallets and repairs them using hand tools and power tools to meet company and customer specifications. The role involves replacing broken boards, reinforcing pallet structures, and ensuring repaired pallets meet quality standards. This is a fast-paced, physical production role that requires lifting, standing, and working with tools such as nail guns and saws. Typical Responsibilities Inspect incoming pallets for damage or defects Remove broken boards and replace with new materials Use nail guns, band saws, and hand tools to repair pallets Ensure pallets meet customer and industry specifications Meet daily production quotas and repair targets Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Complete daily production paperwork or piecework sheets
