Our mission is to give the youth generation a voice by building communities that laugh, think and act.&nbsp;Using all major platforms, we’ve rapidly risen to become one of the world's largest publishers.&nbsp;</p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-3e738483-7fff-6aac-8f69-eb0d312ab30c">About the Role</strong></span></p><p><span>We’re looking for a creative, culturally plugged-in Junior TikTok Channel Manager to join the Social Video team, working exclusively across @ladbible on TikTok.</span></p><p><span>This role will directly support the LADbible TikTok Channel Manager in developing and executing original, repeatable, IP-led formats designed specifically for TikTok. It’s an idea-first, platform-native position focused on format building, cultural reactiveness and confident on-camera presence.</span></p><p><span>Working within a fast-paced social video team, you’ll help shape how LADbible shows up on TikTok, contributing to ideation, scripting and production support, while building a strong understanding of audience growth, retention and platform behaviour.</span></p><p><span>This is an ideal role for someone who understands TikTok culture instinctively, thrives in a reactive environment, and wants to grow into a senior channel manager role.</span></p><p></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-3e738483-7fff-6aac-8f69-eb0d312ab30c">What the opportunity looks like:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Supporting the TikTok Channel Manager in the day-to-day running of the LADbible TikTok account.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contributing to the ideation and development of original, repeatable, IP-led formats.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assisting with scripting, planning and production of TikTok-native content.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Confidently appearing in camera-facing content when required.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Translating trending conversations, internet culture and news moments into engaging TikTok videos.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Working with our in-house editing team to execute high-performing content.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Reacting quickly to trends, sounds and platform shifts.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Supporting content scheduling and ensuring output aligns with TikTok best practice.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitoring performance metrics and applying insights to refine creative direction.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborating with Editorial and Video teams to ensure TikTok content reflects LADbible’s tone and audience expectations.</span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-3e738483-7fff-6aac-8f69-eb0d312ab30c"><br><br></strong><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-3e738483-7fff-6aac-8f69-eb0d312ab30c">Skills and experience we’d like you to have:</strong></span></p></li><li><p><span>A strong understanding of TikTok as a platform, including trends, hooks, retention mechanics and algorithm behaviour.</span></p></li><li><p><span>An instinctive grasp of what resonates with LADbible’s core 16–34 audience.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Confidence being camera-facing and comfortable presenting to a social audience.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience ideating TikTok content, either in a publisher environment or via a strong personal/creator portfolio.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A clear understanding of how to build repeatable formats, not just chase trends.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong cultural awareness and the ability to spot conversations early.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to work quickly and creatively in a reactive news and entertainment environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong storytelling instincts and understanding of short-form pacing.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A solid understanding of media law and publishing best practice.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a production team.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Filming and editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, TikTok-native tools) is a bonus but not essential.</span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-3e738483-7fff-6aac-8f69-eb0d312ab30c"><br></strong></p></li></ul><p><strong>At LADbible Group we've rolled out blended working which means the majority of departments across the business (including London, Manchester and International offices) work in the office 3 days per week.</strong></p><p><strong>LADbible Group is an equal opportunities employer.
