What you’ll be doing Supporting teaching and learning in Nursery or Reception classes Helping children develop through play-based learning Supporting phonics, early maths, and language development Creating a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment Working closely with teachers and other support staff What schools are looking for Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or equivalent Experience working with children in nursery, EYFS, or primary settings A positive, nurturing approach with plenty of patience Confidence supporting small groups and individual pupils A team player who can adapt quickly to different classrooms Why join Protocol Education?
