Senior Designer – Landscape

The Senior Designer serves as a design leader and thought partner on compelling landscape architecture projects across the most beautiful locations. With ten or more years of high-level design experience, you’ll guide Project Managers through all phases, developing project vision documents, coordinating budgets, and providing design direction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives mentoring teams, communicating big-picture ideas, and upholding studio standards while working on diverse projects at various scales, from intimate gardens to large-scale landscapes.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture Licensed Landscape Architect a plus (California license preferred, but not required) A minimum of 10 years in a high-level design leadership position Proven experience documenting and detailing projects from concept to completion

• Training in horticulture and an awareness of industry best practices regarding planting is a plus
