• Activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding assistance
• Hydration and mobility support
• Vital signs and routine patient observations
• Repositioning and safe transfers
• Responding to resident needs and call lights
• Accurate documentation and reporting
• Maintaining resident dignity and confidentiality

• Active Iowa CNA Certification
• Active BLS Certification
• Active Iowa Direct Care Worker Registry Status
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation required

• Long-term care experience preferred
• Previous overnight shift experience preferred
• Comfortable in hands-on resident care environments
