Job Description

• Lead the preparation and analysis of financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to optimise profitability and performance.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes across the organisation.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Finance Business Partner should have:

• A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Strong experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within the FMCG industry.
• Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools to support decision-making.
