Daikin Europe Business Support (DEBS) is a branch of DENV located in Warsaw. As a competency center we aim at being one of the driving forces behind the processes transformation: optimization, standardization and automation in the areas of supply, service, master data, controlling, financial reporting and HR.
The EMEA HR Process Owner for HR Reporting & Data Governance is accountable for defining, monitoring, and continuously improving HR data and reporting processes across EMEA. This role ensures data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal standards and external regulations, enabling reliable analytics and insights for strategic decision-making.
Acting as the central point of coordination between divers HR teams, IT, and business stakeholders located across EMEA, the role drives consistency in HR data management practices, develops reporting frameworks, and supports change management to embed a data-driven way of working across the organization.
As part of the EMEA HR CoE ambition, you will drive change and innovation in people-and organisation- related policies and practices, providing future-proof solutions & best practices in order to develop and support the realisation of both business’ and HR’ goals.
As part of a team of HR Experts, you will work in our office in Warsaw, Poland and you will have the opportunity to travel to other European premises when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Data Governance
-Set up, implement, and maintain HR data governance standards across EMEA.
-Ensure system readiness for increased reporting requirements (e.g., Equal Pay Directive compliance) in close collaboration with the HRIS team.
-Collaborate with other EMEA HR Process Owners to ensure alignment on data definitions and methodologies, leveraging their business context and expertise to guarantee consistency and relevance across all reporting and workforce planning processes.
Dashboards & Reporting
-Develop and maintain EMEA manpower dashboards for diverse HR teams and business leaders across EMEA to support daily team management.
-Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports and KPI tracking.
-Embed insights into the EMEA HR team’s way of working for strategic workforce planning.
Change Management
-Align diverse HR teams and business stakeholders across EMEA on standard definitions and reporting practices.
-Define access rights, build competence, and instill discipline in local teams for consistent data usage.
Required Profile:
Education & Skills
-Degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
-Advanced knowledge in Excel and Power BI and proficiency in HR data systems and tools (e.g. SAP, Successfactors, Workday).
-Experience with automation and process optimization is a plus. (Tacit)
-Knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices.
Experience
-3 to 5 years – preferably in HR – with exposure to reporting, data governance, and process improvement.
-Proven track record in international environments and corporate settings.
-Experience working in a matrix organization.
