An established and well‑respected West London practice is seeking a Legal Aid Family Solicitor to join their growing team of five. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to handle high‑quality private children matters and care proceedings within a supportive, specialist environment.

• Family Panel Membership – essential
• Child Panel Membership – highly desirable
• Strong experience in private children law and public law care proceedings
• Confident managing a busy Legal Aid caseload

The role

You will handle a varied caseload of:

• Private children matter
• Care proceedings
• Legal Aid funded work
• Advocacy where appropriate
• You’ll be joining a friendly, experienced team where your expertise will be valued and your development supported.

Flexibility

• Full‑time or part‑time considered
• Fully remote working available for the right candidate
• Office presence optional, but support is available on site if preferred
