FINANCIAL CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS SCHOLAR

BMW MEXICO

As a Financial Corporate Communication scholar, you will be responsible for initiating and managing purchase requisitions, ensuring all required details and approvals are included. You will track requisitions throughout the approval workflow and verify purchase order confirmations from suppliers. You will collaborate with the press fleet team to support efficient operations. Additionally, you will provide administrative, logistical, and general support to the team as needed.

WHAT AWAITS YOU?

• Manage the invoice processing and payment lifecycle.
• Ensure accurate matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Prepare periodic budget reports to track spending and identify variances.
• Contribute to the development of budget forecasts and projections.
• Assist with team-related administrative tasks and coordination.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING ALONG?

• Be an active University student from 4th or 5th semester onwards.
• Availability to work from 9 am to 3 pm (30 hours per week).
• Good grades (preferably up to 8.5).
• Good MS Office skills. (Intermediate-advanced)
• Proactive, responsible and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
