The role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Operating Department Practitioner at The Yorkshire Clinic Private Hospital in Bingley. We are looking for a passionate individual to join the Theatre Team. The successful candidate will have HCPC registration, good experience in a similar role, with proven ability to work well within a team. With excellent communication skills they will also be required to ensuring high standards of care for all patients throughout their Peri operative phase. The hospital provides care to patients on an in-patient and day-case basis with five operating theatres offering a wide range of specialties for Private and NHS patients. Job Description This is a highly visible strategic leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of clinical operations, business growth, technology, and innovation. **What You'll Do** As a senior operational leader, you will drive the evolution of our RRC services by helping expand capabilities, enhance operational effectiveness, and strengthen quality across global clinical research programs. You will: + Partner with sponsors, business development, delivery, and functional leaders to support strategic growth initiatives and client engagement + Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and service excellence + Lead operational transformation initiatives, including technology adoption and workflow optimization + Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance clinical trial delivery + Support the development and expansion of new services and operational capabilities + Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, and customer experience + Partner with quality and compliance teams to strengthen operational standards, governance, and risk management + Establish performance metrics and reporting frameworks that support business growth and operational excellence **What We're Looking For** We're seeking an experienced clinical research professional with a passion for innovation, operational excellence, and strategic problem-solving. Qualifications include: + Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Clinical Research, Business, or a related field + Significant experience within clinical research, decentralized clinical trials, clinical operations, patient services, or healthcare operations + Experience supporting global clinical programs and working within complex matrix organizations + Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives, operational transformation, or business growth programs + Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, quality standards, and regulatory requirements + Experience leveraging technology and digital solutions to improve operational performance + Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
