About the Role
<p><strong>CNC Turner (Mazatrol) – High-Precision Engineering | Excellent Pay + Shift Premiums</strong></p>
<p>Are you an experienced CNC Turner looking to work with cutting-edge machinery in a modern, high-spec workshop?</p>
<p>We’re working with a highly respected precision engineering company that supplies complex components to advanced technology and scientific sectors. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to add a skilled CNC Turner to their team.</p>

<p><strong>The Role</strong><br /> You’ll be programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes (including live tooling) to produce high-precision components across a range of materials.</p>
<p>This is a hands-on role where quality and accuracy are critical, working on technically interesting parts rather than repetitive batch work.</p>

<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong CNC Turning experience (essential)</li>
<li>Mazatrol programming experience (essential)</li>
<li>Experience with live tooling (advantageous)</li>
<li>Ability to machine metals and plastics to tight tolerances</li>
<li>High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work</li>
<li>Self-motivated with a professional, organised approach</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>What’s On Offer</strong></p>

<li>£16 – £22 per hour (DOE)</li>
<li>20% shift allowance</li>

<p><strong>Shift Pattern (Double Days)</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Early Shift: 06:00 – 14:00 (Mon–Fri)</li>
<li>Late Shift: 13:30 – 22:15 (Mon–Thurs), 13:30 – 18:00 (Fri)</li>
