Area Sales Manager (m/f) [PL & International Markets] – Electrotechnics

Work mode: remote + client visits

 

🌍 Join our team as an Area Sales Manager and take responsibility for driving sales in Poland and international markets, building long-term client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. We are looking for someone with experience in the electrotechnical industry or related fields, who understands the specifics of technical projects and can offer solutions tailored to client needs.

Your Responsibilities:

• Actively acquire new clients and grow sales in domestic and international markets (mainly Czech Republic and the Balkans)
• Prepare offers, conduct negotiations, and finalize contracts
• Monitor the market and analyze competitors’ activities
• Deliver presentations and provide technical consulting to clients
• Participate in industry trade fairs in Poland and abroad

We are looking for someone who:

• Has sales experience in industrial automation/electrotechnics – mandatory
• Holds a technical degree (e.g., electrotechnics or related fields)
• Is fluent in English for business communication
• Can negotiate effectively and build strong client relationships
• Is independent, proactive, and results-oriented
• Is willing to travel frequently for business (Poland + abroad)
• Possesses a valid driving license (category B)
