CPCS Traffic Marshall

<p>VGC Group are currently recruiting for an experienced CPCS Traffic Marshall to join a project based in OX18, Oxford. </p> <p>This is a great opportunity for a reliable and hard-working Traffic Marshall looking for work, with consistent weekday hours and the potential for weekend work. </p> <p>We are looking for someone who can start promptly, work well as part of a team, and support site operations to help keep the project running safely and efficiently. </p> <p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> &pound;17.25 per hour PAYE </p> <p><strong>As a CPCS Traffic Marshall on site, your responsibilities may include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Managing and directing site traffic safely and efficiently</li> <li>Coordinating vehicle movements to ensure the safety of workers and the public</li> <li>Banking plant and vehicle movements on site</li> <li>Maintaining clear communication with drivers and site personnel</li> <li>Ensuring all traffic management procedures are followed</li> <li>Monitoring site access and egress points</li> <li>Supporting general site safety and adhering to all health and safety regulations</li> <li>Carrying out any other duties as required to support site operations</li> </ul> <p><strong>To be considered for this role, you must have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A valid CPCS A73 Traffic Marshall ticket</li> <li>Previous experience working as a Traffic Marshall on construction sites</li> <li>A good work ethic and positive attitude</li> <li>The ability to work well independently and as part of a team</li> <li>Good punctuality and reliability</li> </ul> <p>You must have a valid British passport due to site/client access requirements.
