We’re working with a brilliant specialist school in Lichfield for children and young people aged 7 to 17 with Learning Difficulties and Dyslexia. They’re looking for a full-time Maths Teacher to join their team from September, right at the start of the new school year.

This is a long-term role teaching across KS3 and KS4, with a school that genuinely prioritises support, patience, and progress over pressure.

What you’ll be doing:

• Teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4
• Adapting lessons to support pupils with a range of additional learning needs
• Breaking down barriers to learning and helping students grow in confidence
• Working closely with SEN professionals and supportive leadership staff
• Creating a calm, engaging classroom where every small win matters

What the school is looking for:

• UK QTS or relevant teaching qualification
• A patient, adaptable and encouraging approach
• Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills
• Passion for inclusive education and supporting young people holistically
• SEND experience is welcomed, but not essential
