Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Purchasing Coordinator to join a major distributor in the North Raleigh area. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with purchasing experience to join a fast-paced and exciting team!
Requirements
Prepare and track Purchase Orders site wide.
Enter data for Purchase Order requests through ERP.
Communicate approved purchase orders and terms to vendors.
Attend weekly and monthly staff meetings, contribute to the overall improvement of the team, and complete all work-related assignments in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
3-5 years of purchasing experience
Intermediate Excel skills
Strong Data Entry skills
Bachelor’s Degree in strongly preferred
