About the role: Location: Market Harborough, Leicestershire Start Date: Monday 24th August 2026 Contract: Full-Time Justteachers is recruiting for an experienced and compassionate SEMH Teacher to join a specialist provision supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs. Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils. Implement behaviour support strategies consistently. Work collaboratively with pastoral teams and external professionals. Monitor academic, emotional and behavioural progress. Create a safe, structured and supportive classroom environment. Pre-requisites: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience working with SEMH or challenging behaviours is highly desirable. Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills. Resilient, patient and flexible approach. Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
