Plant Nursery Production Operative
Location: Horsham
Pay rate: £12.21p/hour

We’re looking for a Plant Nursery Production Operative to join our client’s friendly nursery team. This is a hands-on, active role ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, fresh air, and being part of a supportive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Caring for plants, including watering, potting, pruning, and general maintenance
- Assisting with planting, labelling, and organising nursery stock
- Keeping the nursery clean, tidy, and well-presented
- Supporting daily nursery operations alongside the team
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
