JSG is recruiting for a dynamic Human Resources Generalist in downtown Wilmington, DE, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our HR functions, with a focus on recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations. This contract to potential direct hire role is 100% on-site and offers the chance to make a real impact within a collaborative environment, with potential for growth.
Pay $30/hour
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of progressive HR experience, emphasizing employee relations, leave management, and talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Exceptional interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience managing ADP Recruiting module and SparkHire platform
- Familiarity with benefits administration and compliance reporting
- Ability to develop employee engagement strategies and support process improvements
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline
- Over 2 years of hands-on HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced or corporate setting
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification highly regarded
