About the Role

<p>We are currently seeking a <b>Mechanical &amp; Parts Technician</b> to join our team working on <b>commercial vehicles</b>. Applicants should be <b>Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance/Automotive Engineering</b> or have <b>demonstrable time-served experience</b> within the commercial vehicle industry.</p> <p>This role involves both <b>hands-on mechanical maintenance and repair</b> as well as <b>parts identification and management</b>, helping to ensure our commercial fleet is maintained to the highest standards.</p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p> <ul> <li>Carry out servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on commercial vehicles</li> <li>Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs</li> <li>Identify, source, and manage vehicle parts required for repairs and maintenance</li> <li>Assist with parts ordering, stock control, and inventory management</li> <li>Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company and industry standards</li> </ul> <p><b>Requirements:</b></p> <ul> <li>Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance/Automotive Engineering or equivalent experience</li> <li>Experience working with <b>commercial vehicles (e.g., vans, fleet vehicles)</b></li> <li>Strong mechanical diagnostic and repair skills</li> <li>Good knowledge of vehicle parts and components</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li> </ul> <p>This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated technician looking to work in a <b>professional commercial vehicle environment</b> with opportunities to develop their skills further</p>
